No parties or events allowed

İptal ve Erken Fesih

Cancellations made at least 5 days before the check-in date will be fully refunded.
For cancellations made within 5 days of the check-in date, the accommodation fee will not be refunded; however, the cleaning fee (if applicable) will be refunded.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the stay has started.
Reservation changes (such as date changes, increase in number of guests, etc.) can be made up to 5 days before check-in, depending on availability. All change requests are subject to approval by Orienta İstanbul Tourism Management.
In case of a no-show (failure to arrive without cancellation), no refund will be issued.
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, flight cancellations, etc.), a special evaluation may be made at the discretion of Orienta Istanbul Tourism management, provided that relevant documentation is submitted.

Situated within the Yeldeğirmeni area, this neighborhood, as one of Kadıköy's oldest settlements, offers a distinctive living atmosphere that blends the past with the present.
