Cancellations made at least 5 days before the check-in date will be fully refunded.
For cancellations made within 5 days of the check-in date, the accommodation fee will not be refunded; however, the cleaning fee (if applicable) will be refunded.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the stay has started.
Reservation changes (such as date changes, increase in number of guests, etc.) can be made up to 5 days before check-in, depending on availability. All change requests are subject to approval by Oreinta İstanbul Tourism Management.
In case of a no-show (failure to arrive without cancellation), no refund will be issued.
Separate cancellation policies may apply for reservations made under special campaigns or discounted rates. These will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
In exceptional cases (e.g., natural disasters, flight cancellations), special evaluations may be made at the discretion of hotel management, provided official documentation is submitted.
