No parties or events allowed

İptal ve Erken Fesih

Cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 5 days before the check-in date will not be refunded for the accommodation, but the cleaning fee (if any) will be refunded.
No refunds are provided for cancellations made after the stay has started.
Reservation changes (date changes, increase in number of guests, etc.) can be made at least 5 days before the check-in date and are subject to availability. Change requests require the approval of Oreinta Istanbul Tourism management.
No refund will be provided for no-shows (when a reservation is made but the guest does not arrive).
Special promotions or discounted reservations may be subject to a different cancellation policy, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
In case of unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, flight cancellations, etc.), documented cases may be considered for special evaluation at the discretion of hotel management.
