İptal ve Erken Fesih

For cancellations made at least 5 days before the check-in date, the full accommodation fee will be refunded.
For cancellations made less than 5 days before check-in, the accommodation fee is non-refundable; however, the cleaning fee (if any) will be refunded.
No refunds are provided for cancellations after the stay has started.
Reservation modifications (date changes, increase in guest numbers, etc.) can be made at least 5 days before check-inand are subject to availability. Approval from Oreinta Istanbul Tourism management is required.
In case of a no-show, no refund will be issued.
Reservations under special promotions or discounted rates may have a separate cancellation policy, clearly indicated during booking.
Force majeure events (natural disasters, flight cancellations, etc.) may be considered for special evaluation with documentation, at the hotel management’s discretion.
