Cancellations made at least 5 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 5 days before the check-in date will not be refunded for the accommodation fee; however, the cleaning fee (if any) will be refunded.
No refunds are provided for cancellations made after the stay has begun.
Reservation changes (date changes, increase in number of guests, etc.) can be made at least 5 days before the check-in date, subject to availability. Change requests are subject to approval by Oreinta Istanbul Tourism management.
No-show (failure to arrive despite a reservation) will not be refunded.
Reservations made under special promotions or discounted rates may be subject to a separate cancellation policy, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
In case of mandatory circumstances (natural disasters, flight cancellations, etc.), documented cases may be subject to special evaluation at the discretion of the hotel management.
