Cancellations made at least 5 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 5 days before the check-in date will not be refunded for the accommodation fee; however, the cleaning fee (if applicable) will be refunded.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations after the stay has started.
Reservation changes (date changes, increase in number of guests, etc.) can be made at least 5 days before the check-in date, subject to availability. Change requests are subject to approval by Oreinta Istanbul Tourism management.
In the case of a no-show (reservation made but guest does not arrive), no refund will be given.
Reservations made under special campaigns or discounted rates may be subject to a separate cancellation policy, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
In cases of unavoidable circumstances (natural disasters, flight cancellations, etc.) and with proper documentation, special consideration may be given at the discretion of hotel management.
